We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or do our best to find a replacement that will work for you. Please read the Returns section below for more information.

Bank Transfer/ E-transfer

If you choose bank transfer payment method at checkout e-transfer should be sent to [email protected]  If you would like to wire funds instead please email for bank deposit information.  The order will not be fulfilled until funds have been deposited into our business account.

Returns

We’d like to make this as easy for you and us. If there is a problem with a product you purchased from us, please bring it back and we will do our best to replace it. If you would rather a refund, we will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of the original purchase date (or the fulfillment date if the order was made online).

However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
