Bishop's Family Cycles is excited to offer a cargo-bike rental service this summer!
Thinking about a cargo-bike purchase? Have friends or family in town who'd like to live #cargobikelife with you? We are happy to offer rentals of our Urban Arrow Family e-bike, TrioBike Boxter e-bike, and Benno Remi-Demi e-bikes (with an additional Thule Yepp children's seat if needed).
All of our rentals include up to five helmets (adult and children's available).

RULES OF THE RENTAL
- You must sign a waiver to rent an e-bike from us.
- All riders must be 19 years of age or older; this does NOT include passengers in the cargo bucket.
- No children under the age of 1 (12 months) may ride in the cargo bucket. Children under 2 (24 months) require the additional rental of a Thule Yepp seat.
- You may not exceed the maximum cargo + Rider weight of the e-bike.
- Bicycle theft is prevalent in Victoria; the renter is responsible for the safety of the e-bike bicycle during the rental period.
- Do not leave your e-bike parked outside for extended periods of time.
- Do not leave your e-bike parked outside overnight.
- Use both the café lock and chain lock, or the folding Bordo lock provided with your rental each time you park the bike.
- The renter is responsible for the full replacement value of the e-bike should it be stolen.
- The renter is responsible for the cost of damages on top of the rental fee. (ie. Should the bike be returned damaged, the deposit will be kept and the renter will be responsible for any maintenance fees that exceed this deposit). All e-bikes leave our shop adjusted, tuned and ready to ride.
- You must follow the rules of the road and all applicable laws while riding the e-bike; including wearing your helmet and making sure your lights are on after dusk.
Required for Rental
- Signed Waiver, Release & Indemnification form
- Renter must be over the age of 19 and have proper government-issued photo ID
- A credit card, in the renters name, with the value of the deposit available in credit
